Leadership Aviation was established in 2025 by professional airline pilot and lifelong aviator Brian Vallero, whose passion for aviation began at an early age following his first flight in a World War II B-25 Mitchell bomber. That formative experience led to years of hands-on involvement in aircraft ownership, market evaluation, and transactions, beginning with early exposure to warbirds and expanding through personal ownership of Stearman and other classic aircraft.

Brian’s professional brokerage experience includes supporting a full-service aircraft brokerage firm facilitating transactions across the full spectrum of General Aviation—from entry-level piston aircraft to turbine platforms—as well as managing complex international sales involving Europe, Africa, and New Zealand.

After achieving his goal of flying professionally for the airlines, Brian founded Leadership Aviation to deliver a higher standard of aircraft brokerage built on operational expertise, market insight, and trusted relationships. Today, Leadership Aviation specializes in General Aviation and Warbird aircraft, providing clients with honest representation, disciplined attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity that reflects a lifetime dedication to aviation.
