Brian Vallero - Founder & President
Leadership Aviation
A lifelong aviator and professional airline pilot, Brian’s passion for aviation began at a very young age following his first flight in a World War II B-25 Mitchell bomber. Later Brian gained formal brokerage experience working with a full-service aircraft brokerage company and flight school, where he earned his Certified Flight Instructor rating while supporting aircraft sales across a wide range of General Aviation and vintage aircraft. His background includes facilitating both domestic and international aircraft transactions, as well as extensive operational flying experience that informs his practical, detail-oriented approach. In 2025, Brian founded Leadership Aviation to provide honest, relationship-driven aircraft brokerage services with a focus on General Aviation and Warbird aircraft.
